Unity Path Community Services was created with a passion for providing compassionate, reliable, and person-centered care for individuals with developmental disabilities and the families who support them.

As members of the San Joaquin County community, our leadership team brings hands-on experience as trained Behavior Specialists — supporting individuals with developmental disabilities in both facility-based and in-home settings.
