As members of the San Joaquin County community, we understand the importance of having trusted support systems close to home. Our goal is to provide services that not only meet daily care needs, but also promote dignity, meaningful connections, and quality of life.
At Unity Path, we believe exceptional care starts with exceptional caregivers. Our team members are carefully selected based on their compassion, experience, and commitment to serving the developmental disability community. Staff receive training and support to provide safe, respectful, and person-centered services tailored to each individual’s unique needs.
Our leadership team brings hands-on experience supporting individuals with developmental disabilities in both facility-based and in-home settings.
With backgrounds as trained Behavior Specialists and experience providing direct behavioral and personal support, we understand the importance of patience, consistency, individualized care, and building trusting relationships.
